Fishing
Season: 1st June until 31st August
A combination of riverbank fishing and harling from our traditional wooden boats is offered to patrons that wish to challenge their fishing abilities on both land and water for Salmon, Sea Trout, Brown Trout and Char.
Hunting, The Viking Challenge
Season: Mid August to February
From your base in Namsentunet, our guides offer the opportunity for you to explore the amazing central Norway wilderness and forests to hunt for game birds including hazel grouse, black grouse, capercaillie and duck, plus elk and deer.
Holandsøya Farm
In addition to our Namsentunet retreat, we also offer guest the opportunity to stay and fish on our farm at Holandsøya which is a traditional Norwegian farmhouse located on the banks of the River Namsen, 10km west of Grong.
